At least According to Cars.com. Sadly, there are no used R9's available for sale anywhere in the States.

Don't feel too bad. No one can afford an R9. You can't pay with normal money, you have to use unobtanium ingots. Only one guy was able to get one, and he had to blow up the home tree to do it.
